How to Navigate the Dashboard

The Dashboard is your studio’s command center—an all-in-one interface that gives you instant visibility into classes, students, and sales activity. It’s designed to enable your front desk staff to manage operations effortlessly while engaging with students.

Student Details Panel (Left)

This section displays essential student info—such as name, address, phone number, and email—that you can search by name, email, or barcode.

Note: You can only edit a student's name through the Students menu.

Class Sign-In Panel (Center)

Here, you’ll see the current class, instructor, and enrolled students. When a student checks in, the system:

  • updates their attendance,

  • deducts a class from their package, and

  • logs the attendance record.

If a student lacks an active package, a pop-up will prompt you to make a sale. To remove someone, click the trash can icon beside their name. Remember, backup selections for “Class Title” and “Instructor” must be made before adding students.

Instant Sales Panel (Right)

Use this panel to sell on-demand items, accept payments via cash, credit, check, gift cards, tabs, or shared tabs. You can also split payments or add purchases directly to a student’s tab by clicking the tab icon.
