Edit Active Student Plans

Easily manage and update existing student plans—including session counts, expiry dates, and associated groups.

Note: Pending plans cannot be modified.

Steps to Edit a Student’s Active Plan

  1. In the top navigation bar, click Students.

  2. In the search box, type the student's name and press Enter.

  3. Within the Student Details screen, select the Plans tab.

  4. Click on the active plan you wish to edit. This opens the plan management form.

    Update any of the following fields:

    • Name

    • Associated Groups

    • Unlimited (toggle on/off)

    • Remaining Classes

    • Expiry Date

  5. Click Save to apply your changes.


Best Practices & Tips

  • Always verify you're editing an active plan—not a pending or suspended one, as these cannot be modified.

  • To manage other plan states—such as suspending, transferring, or reviewing expired plans—refer to the Session Cards Status and Student Plans pages.

  • Use the Student Plans list under the Assets section for bulk viewing or updates across multiple students.
