Archiving a Staff Member

When a staff member no longer requires access, you can safely archive their account to keep your staff list current and organized.

Step-by-Step:

  1. From the Dashboard Navigation, click Staff to open the Staff Details screen.

  2. Select the staff member you want to archive to view their details.

  3. Click the prominent red Archive button—typically located in the staff detail view.

  4. Confirm the action when prompted:

    • Yes to archive the account.

    • No to cancel and leave the account active.
