Export Karmasoft Data into Email Marketing Software

Seamlessly export your studio’s new student data from Karmasoft and prepare it for import into any email marketing platform.

Overview

You can effortlessly export your data from Karmasoft into third-party email marketing software using a CSV file download.

Navigate to the Export Tool
- From your Karmasoft dashboard, go to Activities & Reports → Marketing.
- Click on the New Students tab.
Choose a Date Range
- Select the timeframe for your export—such as the last month, last quarter, or a custom date range.
Download Your CSV File
- Scroll to the bottom of the window and click Download as CSV.
- The file will download to your computer, typically as an Excel-compatible file in your Downloads folder.
Check File Contents
- Your CSV will include details for each new student: name, email, phone number, and signup date—ready for import into your email marketing tool of choice.

This export method is not compatible with Mailchimp. For automated Mailchimp integration, refer to the dedicated guide.
After exporting, simply upload the CSV into your desired marketing platform (e.g., iContact, Constant Contact) following their import process.
