For Android users, if you are encountering a blank screen during setup or when you open the Karmasoft mobile Application, this is likely due to an incompatibility issue with Android System WebView. This issue may occur immediately upon opening the application, when trying to sign in, or when creating a new account.
To resolve this issue:

Open the Google Play Store

Search for Android System Webview

Find "Android System Webview by Google, Inc."

Tap Update
-
Restart your phone
Once restarted, open the Karmasoft App again.
If you did not have an update to Android System Webview, or the application is still opening to a blank screen:

Open your Phone Settings

Tap Apps or Applications to get to the Application Management screen

Tap the Menu icon (3 vertically stacked dots)

Tap Show system
-
Tap Android System Webview
-
Tap Disable
-
Open the Google Play Store
-
Search for Chrome
-
Select "Chrome Browser - Google"

Tap Update if there is an update available
Restart your phone
The phone should now default to the installed browser's current version of webview and you should be able to open the application without issue.
