End of Period Liability Report

The End of Period Liability Report provides a clear overview of all session card purchases during a selected period, along with the number of outstanding (unused) classes that remain.

This report is essential for understanding your studio’s total outstanding liability at the close of a fiscal period. It ensures you can accurately track what has been sold versus what is still owed to students.

Viewing the Report

  1. From your dashboard, go to:

    Activities & Reports → End of Period Liability

  2. Toggle between a Summary View or a Detailed Report by clicking the button at the bottom of the screen.

Exporting Data

For accounting purposes, click Export as CSV to download a CSV file. This file can easily be shared with your accountant for financial reconciliation.
