How to Set Up and Manage Instant Sales Items in Karmasoft POS

Managing Instant Sales / POS Panel

The Instant Sales (POS) panel in Karmasoft enables you to quickly access your most frequently sold products, making checkouts smoother for both staff and customers.


Adding New Items to the POS Panel

  1. Go to your POS screen and click Add Product.

  2. Browse your inventory and select the item(s) you’d like to pin to your POS panel.

  3. Repeat until you’ve added all the products you want to display.

  4. Click the Save icon on the right to confirm changes.


Removing Items from the POS Panel

  1. Navigate to Settings → Instant Sales Settings.

  2. From this screen, you can:

    • Remove items individually by clicking Remove next to the product.

    • Reset the entire panel by clicking the blue Reset button.
