Resetting Passwords for Students and Staff

1. From the dashboard, click Staff.

2. Select the staff member to open their details screen.

3. At the bottom, click the green Reset Password button.

   • Karmasoft will send the staff member an email with a reset link.

Note: If the staff member has not created an account yet, you will also see a Resend Invite button. This allows you to resend their account setup invitation.

Resetting a Student’s Password

1. From the dashboard, click Student.

2. Select the student to open their details screen.

3. At the bottom, click the green Reset Password button.

   • Karmasoft will send the student an email with a reset link.
