Session cards in Karmasoft track student memberships and packages. Each card can have a different status depending on its usage and history. You can edit or update these statuses directly from the student profile.
Editing Session Card Status

Go to the Students tab on the main navigation bar.

Select the student to view their current and past plans.

Click on a plan to view or update its details.
Session Card Status Types

Active – Current plan(s) available for use. Active plans can also be suspended or transferred.

Expired – Plans that have ended, either by reaching the expiration date or by using up all classes.
- To update: Click the plan and manually change the expiry date or remaining classes.

Pending – Plans on hold that will automatically activate once the current plan ends.
- To delete: Go to Assets → Student Plans, filter by Pending, then click Delete.

Suspended – Temporarily frozen plans.

Suspend by clicking Suspend under an Active plan.

Must be reactivated manually.

Note: Suspending an Auto-Pay membership will also pause credit card billing.

Transferred – Plans moved to another student.
