Recover or Change Your Password

Overview

If you’ve forgotten your Karmasoft password—or simply want to update it—you can easily reset or change it through your studio’s custom login page.

Steps to Reset or Change Your Password

1. Navigate to your custom Karmasoft URL.

2. Click Forgot your password?

3. Enter your email address.

4. Click Send me reset password instructions.

5. Check your email inbox for the reset link.

6. Click Change my password in the email.

1. Enter your new password in both fields.

2. Click Change my password to confirm.
