Attendance Reports

Use Attendance reports to identify your most and least popular class times, compare performance by category or instructor, and fine-tune your studio schedule.

Where to find it

In the dashboard, go to Activities & Reports → Attendance.

Filters

Narrow your analysis with:

  • Branch

  • Date range (including custom dates)

Report Types

Choose the view that best fits your question:

  • Class — Attendance for individual classes (great for spotting standout sessions).

  • Class Category — Roll-up by category to see which formats draw best.

  • Group — Compare attendance by configured groups.

  • Instructor — See which teachers drive the most check-ins.

  • Online Booking — Understand how many sign-ins come from online reservations.

  • Postal Code — View attendance by ZIP/postal code to spot geographic trends.

Drill-down

Select View Transactions on any report to open a detailed list behind the counts (useful for audits and follow-ups).


Quick How-To

  1. Open Attendance: Activities & Reports → Attendance.

  2. Set filters: Pick Branch and Dates for the period you want.

  3. Pick a report type: Class, Category, Group, Instructor, Online Booking, or Postal Code.

  4. Analyze & act: Sort high/low performers, adjust schedules or promotions.
