Daily Statistics & Details in Karmasoft: Read Your Day at a Glance

Daily Statistics & Details The Daily Statistics report gives you a quick read on sales patterns for a given day—organized by Payment Method, Referral, Class, and Product. You can filter the view by branch, date, or individual class to zero in on what’s driving revenue and which days perform best. What You’ll See - Payment Method — Break out revenue by cash, card, etc., to understand checkout behavior. - Referrals — Identify which referral channels send paying customers. - Class — Compare earnings across classes and instructors for the day. - Product — See which memberships, passes, or retail items are selling. Tip: This report is ideal for spotting your highest-earning days and patterns you can replicate in scheduling and promotions. Filters Use these controls to refine insights quickly: - Branch — Focus on a single location or compare locations day by day. - Date — Jump to any past date to review performance. - Class — Drill into a specific class session’s sales impact. How to Analyze a Day (Step-by-Step) 1. Open Reports → Daily Statistics. 2. Set the Date (and Branch, if applicable). 3. Scan the Payment Method table to confirm how customers paid—useful for reconciling POS totals. 4. Check Referrals to see which sources produced paid activity that day. 5. Review Class to compare earnings across sessions/instructors and spot standouts. 6. Open Product to see which packages or items drove sales and where to restock or promote. Practical Use Cases - Staffing & Scheduling — If Tuesdays 6–8pm consistently out-earn mornings, shift staff and prime classes into that window. - Promo Optimization — When a referral source spikes (e.g., Instagram), double down with targeted offers. - Inventory Planning — Use product-level sales to guide retail reorders and set bundle promos. - Payment Policies — If card usage dominates, streamline your checkout flow and terminal placement. Reporting Tips - Compare similar days (e.g., last three Wednesdays) to separate seasonality from anomalies. - Pair with Activities/Attendance reports to see if revenue tracks with check-ins or product sales mix. - Save notes on outlier days (events, weather, promotions) so you remember why a spike happened. FAQ Can I see stats for a single class? Yes—use the Class filter to isolate one session’s sales. Is this only for sales totals? It’s focused on daily sales patterns by method, referral, class, and product to help you understand revenue drivers at a glance. What’s the fastest way to find my best days?
