First-Time Students: Quick Entry

E-waivers and iPad sign-in—no more paper clutter.

Waiver / Disclaimer status

When a student signs in, staff can immediately see whether a signed waiver/disclaimer is on file.
If a waiver is missing, click on Request Signature to send the student your waiver/disclaimer with a signature request.
For students who have already completed the waiver, their stored signature appears with their record so you can verify at a glance.

Capturing new students

Karmasoft includes a built-in e-waiver to streamline onboarding for first-time visitors. From the front desk, open Settings → In Studio Sign-up to launch the sign-up flow, or go directly to your account’s public sign-up page to register newcomers and collect their waiver electronically. join.karmasoft.io
