First Visit Workflow & Reviews
Use the First Visit workflow to turn first impressions into lasting relationships and great public reviews. The flow is simple: Attract → Engage → Convert.
1) Attract
Right after a student’s first class is the perfect moment to reach out. Acknowledge the visit and invite quick feedback.
2) Engage: Run the First Visit report

Go to Activities & Reports → Marketing.

Open the First Visit tab.

Choose your date range.

Click Email List to open the email composer.
Tip: Run this weekly so no first‑time students are missed.
3) Email: Keep it short

Keep the message brief; no heavy promotions yet.

Ask for a quick rating and use the survey/poll element to track responses.
4) Convert: Route feedback the smart way

YES (Loved it) → Send them to your public review pages (Yelp, Google, Facebook). Consider a small incentive.

NO (Needs improvement) → Send a short private survey: “How can we make your next visit better?” Use the insights to improve.
