Use the Merge Students tool to safely combine duplicate accounts while preserving all attendance and purchase history.

Merging Duplicate Accounts

Go to Settings → Merge Students

Enter the Source account (to remove) and Target account (to keep).

Review carefully (this cannot be undone).

Click Merge.
All history (orders, attendance, notes, etc.) moves to the target account.
