Payroll Details

Overview

Karmasoft’s Payroll module allows you to review, track, and export staff payment details across classes, workshops, and hourly work. Whether you’re managing instructors paid per class or hourly staff, Karmasoft makes payroll reporting simple.

Classes Payroll

Click on an individual teacher to see a class-by-class breakdown of their payroll details.

Workshop Payroll

Workshops have their own detailed payroll data. You can view:

• Number of students per class

• Instructor assigned per class

• Total revenue generated by the workshop

Time Report (Hourly Staff)

For hourly staff, use the Time Report feature. Here, you can:

• View staff salary details

• Adjust or edit time entries by clicking the arrow next to the staff member’s name
