Creating a New Email Template

Using Product Email Templates

Karmasoft allows you to set up email templates that automatically send messages to students after they purchase a product. This is a great way to confirm purchases, share product agreements, and reinforce branding with your studio logo and social media links.


Creating a New Email Template

  1. From the navigation bar, go to Settings → Email Templates.

  2. Click + New.

  3. For Type, select Product Agreement.

  4. Check Use Default Layout to pull in your custom layout, studio logo, and linked social media icons.

    • Leave the box unchecked if you want to design your own HTML and click the Source icon in the editor.


Assigning a Template to a Product

  1. From the navigation bar, go to Assets → Products.

  2. Select the product you’d like to assign the template to (opens the Product Details screen).

  3. From the Email Template dropdown, choose your template.

  4. Click Save.


Result

Once assigned, students will automatically receive your email immediately after purchase, ensuring consistent communication and a professional experience.
