Create & Sell Gift Cards

Creating Gift Cards

  1. From the top menu, go to Assets → Products.

  2. Click Add New.

  3. Choose General as the product type.

  4. Enter the gift card details.

    • To create an open-dollar gift certificate (customer chooses the value), leave the Selling Price field at $0.00.

  5. Check the Gift Certificate box under General Product Settings.

  6. Click Save.

Selling Gift Cards at Your Studio

  1. Open the Instant Sales panel.

  2. Type the name of the gift card into the Add Product field.

  3. Select the gift card.

  4. Enter the gift card number and dollar amount.

    • If the gift card has a set amount, it will auto-fill.

    • If you use pre-printed cards, scan them with a barcode scanner. Otherwise, manually enter an ID number.

  5. Click Confirm.

Your gift card will now appear in the Instant Sales screen and can be sold like any other product using cash, credit, check, or tab.
